2013 Indoor Season:  finished 10th overall at the SLC Indoor championships in the 1-mile run with a time of 4:27.99... 40th at the meet in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:29.87.

2013 Outdoor Season:  placed 10th in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:59.54 at the conference outdoor meet... ran a season-best time of 9:43.24 in the steeplechase at the McNeese Spring Time Classic

2012 XC Season:  competed in three races on the season... best finish was in 8th place at the Cowboy Stampede 4k with a time of 21:38.

2011 Season:  placed 68th at the Southland Conference Cross Country Championships.

High School:  placed 4th at the state cross country championships his senior season... state finalist in track in the 800, 1600 and 3200... earned seven letters in cross country and track... five letters in golf and was a state finalist as a senior... earned academic all-state honors in football, basketball and baseball... HS PRs of 15:30 in the 5k, 8:50 in 3k, 9:37 in steeplechase, 4:22 in 1-mile run, 4:01 in 1500.
