2017 Season:
Cross Country
• Placed 12th at the 2017 SLC XC Championships and was 76th at the NCAA South Central Regional meet.
• Finished 6th at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede 4-mile race with a time of 20:03.3.
Indoor Season
• 4th place finish at SLC Indoor Championships in the 5,000m with a time of 14:45.31.
• Clocked a PR in the mile at the McNeese IndoorII meet with a time of 4:18.40 for a fourth place finish.
• Finished 4th in the 3,000m at the LSU Purple Tiger (8:46.20) and was 5th at the McNeese Indoor I (9:41.66).
2016 Season:
Cross Country:
• Finished 45th at the SLC Championships with a 26:33.9 8k race.
• Time in at 33:45.1 at the NCAA South Central Regional 10k.
Indoor Season:
• Had a 3rd place finish in the 3,000 meters at the McNeese Indoor with a PR time of 8:31.74.
• PR in the 5,000 meters with a 14:59.57 at the SLC Championships for a 12th place finish.
2014-15 Highlights
Cross Country:
• Ran a best time in the 4-mile of 20:06.2 at the Cowboy Stampede.
Indoor Season:
• Got his first collegiate win at the UAB Green and Gold Invite when he ran an 8:43.13 in the 3,000 meters.
• Placed 2nd in the same event at the McNeese Indoor with a time of 8:35.44.
• Finished 8th at the SLC Indoor meet in the 5,000 meters with a timeo f 15:07.61.
Outdoor Season:
• Ran in just three meets for the season.
• Had a 6th place finish in the 3,000 meters with an 8:50.93 at the Cowboy Relays.
2013-14 Highlights
Indoor Season:
• Posted two 2nd place finishes on the season, both in the 3,000 meters.
• 2nd at the McNeese Invite #1 in the 3k with a 9:10.94 and 2nd at the McNeese Invite #2 in same event with a 9:04.40.
Outdoor Season:
• 2nd place finish in the 3,000 meters at the SLU Lion Invitational with a time of 9:13.64.
• 4th place finish in the 3k at the Cowboy Relays with an 8:54.28.
High School:
• 3-time district champion in cross country at St. Louis Catholic HS.
• All-district honors.
