Pre-McNeese: Spent two seasons at Delgado Community College in New Orleans and was vital in winning the 2016 south central championship and the 2016 NJCAA region XXIII championship… had a .449 batting average and earned academic all-American… led his team to the American Legion and state championships in 2013 with a 48-6 record… earned American legion first team honors along with the sportsmanship award at the world series.
 
High School: Lettered three years at Dutchtown High School and helped the team to win the district championship in 2011, 2012 and 2013… was named all-district first team, all-state honorable mention, while being the team captain his senior year… led the team to a 24-13 record and held a .426 batting average and scored 52 runs…was hurt for most of his junior year and only played in 17 games where he held a .568 batting average and helped his team to a 27-10 record… won all-district first team honors… earned his first varsity experience his sophomore year with a .420 batting average and a 29-6 team record.
 
Personal: Born 1/27/95... parents are Jay and Kathryn Podorsky... majoring in general studies with a minor in psychology
