Biography

2018:Appeared in 28 games and made four starts... compiled a 5-6 record with a team leading 3.30 ERA... one of six pitchers on staff to see action in 20 or more games on the season... struck out 72 batters in 62.2 innings pitched while picking up six saves on the year... went 3-3 with a 3.37 ERA in Southland Conference games… he lead the Cowboys in ERA, opponent’s batting average with .215, wins, saves with six, runs allowed with 30, earned runs allowed with 23, and tied for the most batters stuck out with his brother Grant with 72 K’s.

2017: Appeared in 20 games and made seven starts... compiled a 3-2 record with a 7.78 ERA... one of six pitchers on staff to see action in 20 or more games on the season... struck out 36 batters in 37 innings pitched... went 3-0 with a 3.98 ERA in Southland Conference games... did not give up an earned run in 13 innings of work in conference action, covering four games. 

2016: Played in 8 games and had his first collegiate start against ULM… posted a 8.44 ERA throughout his rookie season and struck out a total of 18 batters during 10.2 total innings pitched… had his most impressive performance at Stephen F. Austin with two strikeouts and no runs given up with only one hit during 2.0 innings pitched.

High School: Listed by Perfect Game as one of the top 1000 prospects nationally,186th in Texas...Four year varsity starter for West Orange Stark HS.. batted .241 with 29 hits, 22 runs,17 RBIs as a senior...Collected a 11-3 record on the mound tossing 81 innings and allowing 10 earned runs on 34 hits and 106 strikeouts for 1.15 ERA.  All District honors all 4 years in HS... All Orange County and All Beaumont Area Team as a pitcher 3 years… Super Gold Team 2014-15 as a pitcher...2015 All State and All State Tournament 1st team as a pitcher.. Won all six playoff games pitching complete games on the way to state finals game... Member of the Texas Sun Devils  PG-BCS National Championship team in 2014. Selected All Tournament Team for PG 18U in Marietta, Georgia at 16 years old. ERA of 1.23.
