2019 (Freshman): Baseball America Freshman All-American… NCBWA Second-Team Freshman All-American… appeared in a team high 29 games as a reliever/closer… established himself as one of the top pitchers on the team and in the conference in his freshman year… posted a 5-0 record and had a 1.98 ERA throughout the year… pitched a total of 50 innings and allowed only 11 earned runs… struck out 62 batters throughout the year… had his most impressive performance against UNO with six strike outs, one hit allowed, and no earned runs in a total of 4.0 innings tossed… struck out four batters or more six times throughout the year… recorded his first career win in college against Nicholls with two strike outs, and one earned run in 2.1 innings tossed.
