2019 Outdoor Season:
• Ran a new PR in the 10,000 meter at the SLC Championships with a time of 31:52.36 and placed 7th.
• Finished 1st in the 5,000 meter run after clocking a new PR at the McNeese Springtime Classic with a time of 15:19.37.
• 12th place finish in the DMR at the Florida relays with a time of 10:14.90.
• 17th place finsh in the 1,500 meter with a PR time of 3:59.45 at the Victor Lopez Classic.
• 3rd place finish in the 3,000 meter run at the McNeese State Cowboy Relays with a time of 8:44.67.

2019 Indoor Season:
• Ran the mile, 3000m and DMR.
• 2nd place finish in the DMR at the Ted Nelson Invitational with a time of 10:26.32.

2018 XC Season:
• Finished 37th at the SLC Championships with a time of 28:39.1 to finish in 37th place.
• 81st place at the NCAA South Central Region 10k with a time of 34:09.0.
• Two top 20 finishes on the season - 15th at the McNeese XC Season Opener and 17th at the LSU Invitational.

2018 Outdoor Season:
• Scored at the SLC Outdoor Championships with a 7th place finish in the 10,000 meters with a time of 31:52.36.
• 1st place in the 5000m at the McNeese Spring Time Classic with a PR time of 15:19.37.
• PR in the 1500m (3:59.45) at the Victor Lopez Classic.

2018 Indoor Season:
• At the SLC Indoor Championships, finished 9th in the mile run (4:23.01) and 10th in the 3000m (8:41.53).
• Had a 1st place finish in the mile at the Samford Open with a time of 4:16.81.

2017 XC Season:
• Did not compete.

2017 Outdoor Season:
• 3rd place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the McNeese Spring Time Classic with a PR time of 9:56.93.
• Ran a 15:32.97 in the 5000m at the Victor Lopez Classic. 

2017 Indoor Season:
• 2nd place finish in the 800 meters at the McNeese Indoor II with a time of 1:57.51.
• PR in the mile run at 4:15.67 at the Meyo Invitational.

2016 XC Season:
• Placed 31st at the SLC Championships with a time of 25:26.9 in the 8k race.
• Ran a 33:49.1 at the NCAA South Central Region 10k.
• 9th at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede 5k at 15:57.3.
