2019 Outdoor Season:
• Ran the 1500, 3000, 5000 and 10,000.
• 12th place finish at the SLC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters with a PR time of 32:33.18.
• Finished 4th in the 3000m at the Cowboy Relays with a mark of 8:57.21.
• Clocked a PR in the 5000m at the Fred Duckett Twilight Meet with a time of 15:11.42 for an 8th place finish.

2019 Indoor Season:
• Competed in just three meets in the 3000m and 5000m.
• PR in the 3000m of 8:51.10 for a ninth place finish at the McNeese Indoor II.

2018 XC Season:
• Finished 12th at the SLC Championships with a time of 27:20.9.
• Top McNeese finisher in the meet.
• 42nd at the NCAA South Central Region meet 10k with a time of 33:10.2.
• 1st at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede 4-mile race at 21:07.7.
• 3rd at the LSU Invitational 4-miler at 20:35.0.

2018 Outdoor Season:
• PRs in both the 800m (2:04.54, 9th place) and the 1500m (4:07.40, 2nd place) at the ULM Warhawk Classic.
• Missed the SLC Outdoor Championships.

2018 Indoor Season:
• 26th at the SLC meet in the 3000m with a time of 8:55.97.
• PR in the mile run at the Samfor Indoor Open with a time of 4:31.88 to finish 8th.

2017 XC Season:
• Placed 42nd at the SLC Championships 8k with a time of 26:05.1.
• 97th at the NCAA South Central Regional 10k at 32:25.6 to set a PR.
• Top finish was 7th at the Cowboy Stampede 4-miler with a PR of 20.09.3.
• PR in the 8k at the Texas A&M Invitational at 25:34.8 and a PR in the 6k at the LSU Invitational at 17:39.8 for a 10th place finish.

2017 Outdoor Season:
• 35th at the SLC Championships in the 5000m with a time of 16:37.81.
• Top finish was fourth place in the 1500m at the LSU Alumni Gold with a time of 4:15.00.
