Personal Online Account Features

Every season ticket is accompanied with an online account. With your personal online account, you can:

Print tickets for individual events
Display and View Mobile tickets
Transfer tickets to another individual

There is no charge for TicketReturn account owners to check account information, print tickets, or transfer tickets. For assistance with any of these services, please contact the McNeese Athletics Ticket Office by phone at (337)-562-4678 or by email at tickets@mcneese.edu.

The McNeese Athletics app is downloadable on Apple and Android devices. The app has live stats, articles, tickets, and so much more!
Go to the your app store on your device and search McNeese Athletics.
The icon for the app is the blue horse and rider McNeese logo with a yellow back ground.
Once it is done downloading. Open the app.
The first time you open the app, it will prompt you to sign in or make an account. This account is for customizing the app which is separate from your ticket account. You can hit skip at the bottom if you prefer. The next couple of screens are also to customize the app to your preferences. You may skip these screens by hitting the bottom option.
Once you get past the beginning screens, you will be at the main page of the app. Locate the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top left of the screen. Then find and click Ticket Central.
Then a drop down menu will appear, click Manage my Account. It will then re-direct you to Ticketreturn.com.
Log in with your account credentials.

If you have forgotten your password for your account, follow the steps below:
Go to TicketReturn.com.
Click the three horizontal lines in the top corner of the screen.
Click Find Account.
Enter your email at the bottom and click continue.
Check your email for a temporary password.
Go back to TicketReturn.com.
Log in with your email and temporary password.
If you were provided a PIN number to access your online account by the Ticket Office use the steps below to access your account. If not please contact the ticket office.
Go to TicketReturn.com
Click the three horizontal lines in the top corner of the screen.
Click Find Account.
The Find Your Account page appears. Select your account type of “Individual”. Then enter your first name, last name, and state abbreviation OR your email address.
Select your account, scroll down and click Continue. If multiple accounts appear with your name, please contact the ticket office so that we can merge your accounts.
Enter your one-time PIN number and click Continue. If it prompts you to enter the first 6 digits of a ticket's barcode rather than a PIN, please contact the ticket office for that barcode number.
Your account information appears, and you are automatically logged in. Click Edit my Account to edit your account information. Make a password to access your account throughout the season and for the future. Take a moment to remember your log in information. Please make sure to update your phone number, address and email accounts.
