Before McNeese Baseball: A two year letterman for the McNeese football team.

High School:  All-district, team captain and team offensive MVP as a senior where he threw for 2,472 yards and 21 touchdowns… completed 182 of 291 passes… also earned honorable mention all-city honors… NLA Showcase Quarterback MVP… all-district honorable mention as a junior… for his career, completed 250 of 415 passes for 3,071 yards and 28 touchdowns… also and all-district baseball player as a pitcher.
