Got in his first collegiate action last year and is expected to be more effective this season...looked to for long relief work this year..could get some mid-week starts also...no wins and two losses last year with a 7.94 ERA....appeared in 11 games and got two starts...struckout 23 batters in 22.2 innings...made four appearances in league play only and struckout five in 3.1 innings....went five innings against Houston and gave up six hits while striking out five...pitched 4.2 innings against Lamar and gave up three hits....losses came against Houston and UL-Monroe....prepped at Bridge City (TX) High and played baseball for former Cowboy standout Billy Bryant...all-district honors in both baseball (OF/P) and basketball (guard)...senior baseball season had a 6-1 record and batted .365....birthdate 1/9/90...parents are Jimmy and Renee Dillon...honor student in Health Promotion
