In his senior season he’s expected to return to a starting role in centerfield..only played in six games last season....started 35 the year before..hit a grand slam in first year with the Cowboys..had come from LSU-Eunice where he led team to a national championship...top effort last year was a 2/3 performance against UL-Monroe...led team with eight stolen bases in 2008...same year had four RBIs vs La-Monroe (grand slam)...had nine multi-hit games....birthdate 12/30/86...prepped at St. Martinville High where he was all-state in baseball and football..career batting average of .500...parents are Mac and Jolene Hebert...grandfather Joe Dauphinet played for Pittsburgh Pirates...engineering major
