2013: Made eight appearances, including seven in relief and one start… posted a 1-2 record with a 7.43 ERA as he allowed 14 runs – 11 earned – on 18 hits through 13.1 innings of work… struck out 11 and walked 13… combined for a shutout against UT-Arlington (3/15)… Picked up the win in his only start on the season against LSU-Alexandria (2/27)… pitched 5.1 innings and allowed three hits and only one run… fanned six batters in a relief appearance against New Orleans (3/9) in 4.1 innings of work.
 
Pre-McNeese: Played two years at Mesa CC where he was selected as an All-American as a pitcher… recorded an 8-3 record with 56 strikeouts in 82 innings in 2012… gave up only 19 earned runs… recorded a 7-2 won-lost record in 2011 allowing 23 earned runs in 52 innings pitched.  Struck out 44 batters.
 
High School: Lettered three years in baseball at Mesquite HS where he positioned at first base, third base and pitcher.
 
Personal: Born 11/25/91… parents are Marc and Glenda Desabrais… Has one sibling, Erika… majoring in general studies.
