2012: Appeared in 22 games last season, starting 15… batted .176 with nine hits in 51 at bats… batted out a homerun and drove in three runs… played in eight conference games batting .194 while totaling 10 bases.
 
Pre-McNeese: Transferred to McNeese after going through a redshirt year at Louisiana Monroe
 
High School: Prepped at Sam Houston High where he was a standout in both baseball and football...all-state and all-district honors in both-outfielder in baseball and wide reciever/defensive back in football...three time all-district in baseball and twice all-state...in senior year batted .489 with seven home runs, 15 doubles, seven triples, 20 stolen bases...hit .518 with 10 homers as junior and .608 with one home run as a sophomore...led team to state runner up finish
