Mary joined the McNeese Sports Medicine staff in the summer of 2025 as an assistant athletic trainer with the McNeese Football team. As the fall of 2026 she began working with the McNeese baseball team.
Mary received her undergraduate degree as a Cowboy right here at McNeese. She then went on to complete her Graduate degree in Athletic Training at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
Mary has been the head athletic trainer for two baseball summer leagues, the Fort Smith Marshals (summer 2024) and the Gumbeaux Gators (Summer 2026).
In her free time Mary enjoys watching sports and spending time with her husband, Bryton Cox.
