Will move into the starting role behind the plate this season after two year’s of backup play...played behind all-SLC Taylor Freeman last year and only played in 11 games but started nine of them...only one error in 91 chances...threw out four base runners....three for four and a RBI vs SFA...batted .216...knocked in wining run in a 10 inning 2-1 victory over UT Arlington with a sacrifice fly....in rookie season started 17 of 23 games..belted pair of home runs (vs Tex. Southern, Grambling)..had three multi-hit games...all-state at Sulphur High...helped lead team to district title and to state runnerup finish...batted .420 in senior season, hit six home runs...four letters in football as wide receiver...all-district....birthdate 10/19/87...parents are Roy and Mary Coniglio.....Business Marketing
