2019 Indoor Season:
• Finished 10th in the 3,000-meters at the SLC championships with a time of 8:37.47, setting a new PR.

2018 Outdoor Season:
• 7th at the SLC Championships in the 3,000m SC with a time of 9:23.04.
• Placed 3rd in the 1500m at the McNeese Spring Time Classic with a time of 4:10.26.

2018 Indoor Season:
• Scored at the SLC Indoor Championships with a 7th place finish in the 3,000-meters with a time of 8:37.83.
• Clocked a PR in the 5,000-meters at the SLC meet, finishing 10th with a time of 15:12.19.

2017 XC Season:
• Placed 16th at SLC Championships to help McNeese to a second place team finish, clocked a 25:15.6 in the 8k race.
• Finished 51st at the NCAA South Central Regionals with a time of 31:38.5 in the 10k race to help McNeese finish 4th in the team standings.
• Won the LSU Invitational in his collegiate debut with a time of 17:09.9 in the 6k race.

2017 Outdoor Season:
• Scored at the SLC Outdoor Championships with a 7th place mark in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:34.30.
• Finished 2nd at the McNeese Spring Time Classic and 3rd at the LSU Alumni Gold in the steeplechase.

2017 Indoor Season:
• Finished 5th in his first collegiate race in the mile run at the LSU Purple Tiger with a time of 4:26.52.

Before McNeese:
• Lettered in Cross Country and Track at St. Aidans CBS in Dublin, Ireland.
• Part of National Schools Cross Country championship teams in 2015 and 2016.
• Represented Ireland thee times at Great Edenborgh.
• Ran a 9:40:28 in 2015 to take National UA Title and championship record.
