2018 Indoor and Outdoor Seasons:
• Compete in the 800, 1500, mile, 3000, 5000, 10000, and the 3000 SC.
• Scored points at the SLC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000m with a time of 31:52.36 for a seventh place finish.
• Placed 9th in the mile run at the SLC Indoor meet at 4:23.01 and was 10th in the 3000m at 8:41.53.
2017 XC Season:
• Did not compete.
2017 Indoor and Outdoor Seasons:
• PR in the 800m with a time of 1:57.51 for a second place finish at the McNeese Indoor #1 meet.
• Third place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the McNeese Springtime Classic for a third place finish.
2016 XC Season:
• Placed 31st at SLC XC Championships with a time of 25.26.9 in the 8k race.
• Ran a 33:49.1 time at the NCAA South Central Regional 10k.
• 6th place finish at the Cowboy Stampede 5k at 15:57.3.
Before McNeese:
• Lettered in Cross Country and Track at Calasanctius College Oranmore in Galway, Irelan.
• Part of a Connacht Schools Track and Field team championship in 2013.
• Team also won championship titles in 2011, '12, '13, '14 and '15.
• Part of the Irish Schools team 1500M S/C in 2013.
• Won Tailteann Games in the 1500M S/C in 2013.
