Before McNeese: Placed 1st at the Irish National U23 in the 5000-meters in 2015, 206 and 2017... national U23 XC champion in 2016... National Irish University 10,000m champion... team intermediate, novice cross country winner and second place... represented Ireland at the European Cross Country Championships in 2016 and on four other occasions... attended Athlone Institute of Technology and earned an honors degree in sports science and exercise physiology.
