2014 Outdoor Season:  Competed in the 1500, 5000 and 3000 steeplechase... had a 2nd place finish in the 5000 meters at the McNeese Springtime Classic with a PR time of 15:38.80... clocked a PR in the steeplechase with a 10:11.28 to finished 14th at the SLC Outdoor Championships.

2014 Indoor Season:  Ran the 1-mile, 3000 and 5000 meters... had a 6th place finish in the 3k at the McNeese Indoor III meet with a PR time of 8:39.41.

2013 XC Season:  Competed in just one meet on the season and placed 9th at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede 4-miler with a time of 19:51.8.

2013 Outdoor Season:  Did not compete.

2013 Indoor Season:  competed in the 1-mile and 3,000 meters... placed 16th overall in the 3,000 meters at the SLC championships with a time of 8:49.96... ran a PR time of 4:26.79 in the mile run at the Howie Ryan Indoor Invitational... PR in the 3k with an 8:44.89 at the McNeese Indoor 2 meet.

2012 Cross Country Season:  place 25th at the SLC championships with a time of 25:21.2... ran an 8:54 3k at the McNeese 6k Relay to open the season.

Before McNeese:  ran at Pittsburgh State.

Other:  born Nov. 24, 1991... majoring in exercise science.
