2019 Indoor Season: 
• Clocked a PR in the mile run (4:35.25) a the Bulldog Invite for a 17th place finish.
• PR in the 800m (2:02.33) at the LSU Twilight to finish 12th.

2018 XC Season: 
• Opened the season with a PR 13:35.1 in the 4000-meter during the McNeese XC Season Opener.
• Set a PR in the 4-mile at the LSU Invitational with a time of 22:33.8.
• Ran an 8000-meter PR of 27:56.4 at the Arturo Barrios Inviational.

2018 Outdoor Season:
• Captured 1st place in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a 10:06.10 at the McNeese Springtime Classic.
• Set a PR in the 800-meter with a time of 2:05.54 at the ULM Warhawk Classic.
• Ran a 4:17.63 PR in the 1500-meter at the ULM Warhawk Classic. 
• Set a PR in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:49.83 at the LSU Alumni Gold meet.
• Clocked a 17:01.27 PR in the 5000-meter at the SLC Outdoor Championships.

2018 Indoor Season:
• Ran a PR 2:09.18 in the 800-meter at McNeese State II.

High School: 
• All-State Cross Country as a junior.
• MVP in track and cross country at St. Johns 23.
• Placed 2nd at the TAPPS 6A Houston Regional in the 800m with a time of 2:01.01.
• Finished 4th in the 800m at the TAPPS State Championship with a time of 1:59.40 and was 8th in the 1600m with a 4:48.70 time.
