Coming off a good spring and will backup at quarterback and get a good shot at the starting role as punter.......runs 4.6 in the 40..has good running and passing talents....in the spring game he completed 17 of 28 passes for 229 yards and was his team’s leading rusher with 65 yards on six carries...had a 40 yard punting average as a prep punter

2008: completed the only pass he threw for 28 yards and a touchdown (victory over Southern Virginia)

2007: completed his only pass of the year...played in four games

2006: went through a redshirt season

2005: saw action in six games and completed four of nine passes for 23 yards and a touchdown....td came against Texas State...

High School : was recruited as an athlete...played QB, WR, DB, punter and place kicker during career...all-district...passed for 1195 yards and 15 tds as a senior, kicked 33 of 33 PATs and had 40 yard punting average...as a junior he caught 15 passes for 375 yards and four tds....vs Opelousas in 2004 he passed for 214 yards and four tds, was five of five on PATs and averaged 40 yards a punt...threw game winning pass with a broken hand vs St. Thomas More in overtime to advance to quarterfinals in 2003...all-district as shortstop (also pitched)  in baseball and played for father...Valedictorian of class...Beta Club....academic all-state...played in state all-star football game
