He’s earned just about every honor in his past three seasons...all-American, all-conference, player of the week, etc....will be in for more recognition this season....does both the place kicking and the punting for the Cowboys...enters the season with 229 career points which puts him sixth on the all-time McNeese chart...is also fourth on the school list for field goals made (42)...and is fifth all-time in PATS with 110....
2007: tied a McNeese school record by making 12 straight field goals - (11 from 2006 season and one in 2007)...made eight of 13 field goals and 54 of 56 PATs for a team leading 78 points...also posted a 39.9 punting average...named to all-SLC second team....
2006: named all-America, all-Southland Conference and all-Louisiana...led team with 87 points...kicked school record 10 PATs vs West Virginia Tech..tied school, state and SLC record with five field goals against NW State...18 of 20 on field goals and made 33 PATs...named SLC special teams player of week four times...fifth in nation in field goals....led SLC in kick scoring...seven field goals of 40 yards or more (longest 48 yards)...averaged 39.4 yards per punt (long of 57 yards)..
2005: ranked second in the nation in field goals kicked with an average of 1.78 per game....led the SLC in field goals kicked per game, kick scoring (7.22 points per) and was second in total scoring ...scored 64 points on 16 field goals (19 attempts) and 16 PATs (18 attempts)...long FG of 51 yards...also 45 and 42 yards..perfect 11 for 11 between 20 and 29 yards...scored team high 13 points vs Sam Houston....tied school record by making four straight field goals in win over Sam Houston State...SLC player of week vs Southern Miss...freshman of year in SLC and second team all-SLC....also produced a 41.2 punting average with a long of 60...42.5 avg vs Ga. Southern
