He can play several positions in the secondary and moves to buck safety from cornerback this year....started a game at corner during his sophomore season...among strongest of defensive backs with a 350 pound bench press

2010: made 36 tackles and intercepted two passes...credited with a safety and a pass interception and five tackles against Texas State...single game high with six tackles against LSU.

2009: seventh on team in tackles with 52...also had a sack, a pass broken up and two forced fumbles which tied for the team lead...season high nine tackles vs Central Arkansas (team player of week in this game)...also had seven against both Southeastern Louisiana and Nicholls...and six vs Henderson State and Appalachian State...caught a pass for 25 yards vs SFA on a fake punt...caused two fumbles vs Henderson State
