Heads into season as the No. 2 man at cornerback post..coming off a good spring...in one scrimmage made two pass interceptions...two tackles and two passes broken up in spring game

2007: saw action in 10 games and came up with 18 tackles...also had a pass broken up, a pass interception and a blocked kick...had six tackles in win over Southern Utah and four tackles against Southeastern Louisiana...pass interception came against Southern Utah and he blocked a field goal attempt against Texas State

2006: no stats but saw action with the  special teams in several games

High School: played wide receiver, defensive back and quarterback...also basketball, track and baseball letterman...all-district as wide receiver...led team with seven interceptions as senior; also had nine td receptions; returned KO for a td and in one game had 264 yards in receiving and scored four tds; career high 28 points in basektball game
