Biography
2018: Appeared in six games and made two starts... those starts came against Abilene Christian and Central Arkansas... played 72 snaps on the year.
2017: Played in six games and made one start, that coming at UCA... played 31 snaps all at the right guard position.
2016: Redshirt season.
High School: 1st Team All-State, All-District, All-Parish, and All-SWLA as a senior… Recorded 63 pancake blocks as an offensive lineman… On defense, had 36 tackles, 12 tackles for a loss, forced two fumbles and recovered another three in helping lead Welsh to the state semifinals… Junior season, earned all-district and all-parish honors after recording 92 pancake blocks on offense and 45 tackles and 15 TFLs on defense… 65 tackles, 10 TFL and 3 forced fumbles his sophomore season… Also an all-district baseball player at first base and hit .350 as a junior… Received the Scholar Athlete Award in football and Outstanding Scholar Award.
Other: Born Sept. 14, 1998… Son of Trent and Becky Gary… majoring in education... SLC Commissioner’s 2017 Fall Academic Honor Roll.
