RECORDS WATCH: Enters the 2013 season ranked 6th on the school career list with 4,697 passing yards, 6th with 31 career touchdown passes, and 7th with 4,536 total offensive yards.
2012: threw for 2,102 yards after completing 170 of 278 passes... tossed 19 touchdown passes while throwing just five interceptions... compiled a 143.62 pass efficiency rating... had four games where he threw for 200 or more yards... set a single-game school record with 34 pass completions at UTSA on Nov. 10... threw for a career-high 346 yards marking it the second time in his career to surpass the 300-yards mark... that’s just the 12th time in school history a QB has thrown for more than 300 yards... tied a school record in that game with 11 consecutive pass completions... completed 17 of 28 passes and 3 tds for 274 yards in a win at Nicholls (Nov. 3)... threw for 256 yards on 20 of 27 passing and a td in a win at Weber State (Sept. 15)... 12 of 25 passing for 200 yards and 2 tds in a victory over Northwestern State (Sept. 29)... had multiple TD passing games seven times including four straight to end the season... in the last four games (3-1 record including 3-0 in conference play) completed 80 of 120 passes for 966 yards, 10 touchdowns and just two interceptions... his season completion rating of 61.2 percent ranked second best in the Southland Conference while his 191.1 yards per game passing ranked third in the league... his 19 td passes ranked as the fourth most... started all 11 games and has made has made 22 consecutive starts and has 24 starts in his career.
2011: starter in all 11 games... ranked fourth in the SLC in passing yards per game with 182.6... sixth in total offense with 171.8 yards per game and eighth in pass efficiency with a rating of 120.1... completed 183 of 301 for 2,009 yards and nine touchdowns... 7-6 as starting quarterback...making 60 pct. of his passes...marked his first 300 yard passing game with 312 yards in loss to Central Arksansas... kicked off season with standout passing effort against Kansas...hit on 22 of 27 passes (81 pct) for 218 yards and a touchdown...also ran for a td...named the SLC Offensive Player of the Week.

High School: twice named to all-state team at Montgomery High....as a senior he passed for 2,892 yards and 35 tds...posted career totals of 7,593 yards passing and 83 tds....ran for 11 touchdowns as a senior...four letters in football, basketball (forward) and baseball (pitcher, catcher, first base).
