He was granted another season by the NCAA and is expected to be one of the top players on the defensive side... regarded as one of the hardest hitters on the team...he will make the big hit game in and game out...one of the ringleaders on the Cowboy special teams, particularly on the kickoff team (the Blue Wave)...good, tough player..will be a starter at linebacker when Cowboys go to their three linebacker alignment...had a very good spring and had five tackles (including a sack) in the spring game
2006: played in all 12 games and had 21 tackles including one tackle for a loss and three QB hurries....key games came against South Florida, West Virginia Tech, South Dakota State, Southern Utah and Texas State as he had three tackles in each
2005: played in all nine games and was credited with 28 tackles...had one TFL and a QB hurry....seven tackles vs Nicholls State, five vs Sam Houston and four vs Northwestern State
2004: posted 22 tackles along with a TFL, a quarterback hurry and a forced fumble...key games were five tackles and a forced fumble against Southern and three tackles each against Texas State, Southern Utah and Southeastern Louisiana
High School: all-state and all-district...district defensive MVP...159 tackles, 17 sacks, four pass interceptions and two blocked punts during senior season...had 400 tackles in career
