At Blinn College: Played in 10 games as a redshirt freshman in 2017 at Blinn College, helping the Buccaneers to a No. 10 national ranking and a spot in the Toro Bowl.

High School: Earned All-District honors at Westfield HS under coach Matt Meekins.
