At Kilgore Junior College:
• Recorded 47 tackles, three tackles for a loss, intercepted a pass and forced a fumble… Season-high 9 tackles with a tackle for a loss in a win over Navarro College… Teams posted a 13-7 record in his two seasons… Two-year stats included 73 tackles, two interceptions and two forced fumbles… Offered by Northwestern State, Akron and Mississippi Valley State.

High School:
• 2-time All-District honors in football and baseball… All-State in baseball… Academic All-District… Recorded 236 tackles, three interceptions and six sacks in his high school career.

Personal:
• Born December 15, 2000… Son of Jason and Kristie Bludau… Younger brother Lance is an offensive lineman for the Cowboys… Nickname is “JB”… When not preparing for football, he enjoys music, working cows, gardening and gaming… An avid chess player… Had just one offer out of high school now is living out his dream of playing Division I ball.
