Discovered late in the 2023 season due to injuries to the backfield and responded by rushing for 421 yards in five games, including two games with 100-plus yards.

2023 (Redshirt Freshman Season):
• Finished second on the team in rushing with 421 yards and three touchdowns.
• Did not play in the first five games of the season and made his debut at A&M-Commerce late, running for 14 yards on 2 carries with a TD.
• Recorded his first career 100-yard game against UIW (Oct. 21) where he ran for 117 yards on 21 carries and a TD.
• Added a 138-yard game (22 carries) in the season finale at Lamar (Nov. 18).
• Averaged 6.5 yards per carry.
• Also caught 5 passes for 42 yards.
• Longest run went for 60 yards (at Lamar, Nov. 18).
• Averaged 92.6 all-purpose and 84.2 rushing yards per game.

2022 (True Freshman Season):
• Redshirt season.

High School:
• 2-time first team all-district as a running back at West Jefferson HS in New Orleans.
• As a senior, ran for 509 yards on 51 rushes and scored four touchdowns; caught 11 passes for 205 yards and a TD; returned six kickoffs for 177 yards and two touchdowns.
• As a junior, helped guide his team to the playoffs and snapping a 9-year drought.
