2011 All-SLC Honorable Mention


2011:  third on the team with 69 tackles... team leader with 11 tackles for a loss... had two pass interceptions and a sack... broke up one pass and had three QB hurries... two games with double digit tackles... 12 stops at Kansas in the season opener and also at Stephen F. Austin, both career highs... had three TFLs against Southeastern Louisiana and Texas State... recorded his lone sack of the season at Northwestern State... had a pick against the Demons and also against UTSA.

2010:  got in two starts last year (vs Northwestern State and SFA) and came up with 48 tackles, sixth highest total on the team...also had 7.5 TFLs and 2.5 sacks...team leader with eight QB hurries...game highs of seven tackles against Missouri, Northwestern State and Texas State.

2009: 38 tackles in nine games with seven tackles for a loss...recovered team high three fumbles..sesason high eight tackles against NW State and Nicholls.

High School: all everything in football...placed kicked, punted, played linebacker and fullback...all-state as linebacker...all-district as punter and linebacker...over 300 tackles and 15 sacks during career...returned two interceptions for tds...rushed for 541 yards and nine tds.
