High School:  two-time all-district... in senior season he caught 18 passes for 154 yards and a touchdown... as a junior he had 26 catches for 320 yards and a td....average grade of 91 percent for season... had 19 pancake blocks and 23 knockdowns....also a baseball letterman as a first baseman and designated hitter... played for Coach Jim Hightower.
