A valuable performer to the team the last three seasons...has seen action at free and strong safety as well.....has seen starting action..moves to the ball well...brings a smartness and hustle to the game...very tough player...three tackles and three passes broken up in the spring game
2007: saw action in 10 of the 12 games and was credited with 46 tackles that included one-half tackle for a loss...had a pass interception (vs ULL) which he returned for five yards...also broke up two passes and forced a fumble....seven tackles against Sam Houston State and six each against Portland State, ULL, Southern Utah and South Dakota
2006: came back from a broken ankle and played in the final games...had two tackles
2005: played in all nine games and credited with 23 tackles, a QB hurry, pass broken up and forced fumble....six tackles vs Texas State, five vs Texas Southern and four vs Southern Miss
