Enters the new season with 220 career tackles and needing 23 more to move into a tie for 20th on the school’s career list... is 80 tackles from becoming the 14th player in school history to record 300 career tackles.
2021 (Redshirt Junior):
• Collected 100 tackles, the first Cowboy to do so in three years… Ranked 4th in the conference in total tackles and with 9.1 tackles per game... Starter in all 11 games at linebacker… Added three sacks and eight tackles for a loss to go along with an interception, pass break-up, five QB hurries, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery… Recorded 10 or more tackles in a game seven times including a career-high 17 stops (15 solos) against Southeastern Louisiana… Two-time SLC Defensive Player of the Week (Oct. 4 vs. SLU and Oct. 18 at NSU)… 12 tackles, sack and two TFLs in the second game against SLU where he also picked off his first career pass… His first double-digit tackle game came in Week 2 when he recorded 10 stops at LSU.
2021 Spring (Redshirt Junior):
• Finished second on the team with 48 total tackles… Recorded two tackles for a loss, three QB hurries and a pass break-up… Tied a career-high with 8 tackles and a half TFL in a 21-7 win at Northwestern State… Seven stops at Southeastern Louisiana.
2019 (Redshirt Sophomore):
• Ended the year third on the team with 63 total tackles… 8.5 tackles for a loss ranked as the third-most on the team… Also recorded a half sack and recovered a fumble… Recorded seven or more tackles in a game five times on the year… Season-high eight stops at Abilene Christian… Seven tackles and two TFLs a week later vs. Sam Houston… Seven tackles in season opener vs. Southern, at Central Arkansas and against Stephen F. Austin.
2018 (Redshirt Freshman):
• Played in 10 games and recorded nine tackles with a tackle for a loss… Career-high three tackles at Northwestern State… Had his TFL against BYU… Two stops against ACU and at UIW in back-to-back weeks.
2017 (Freshman):
• Redshirt season.

• 2-time first team All-District 4-4A… 2-time All-Acadiana (1st team senior season; 2nd team as a junior)… 2016 I-10 All-Star Bowl Game participant… All-State Honorable Mention as a senior… Week 12 Acadiana Prep Male Athlete of the Week… Team captain junior and senior years… Senior season, recorded 79 tackles (61 solo), one interception and forced a fumble in leading team to state quarterfinal round of the playoffs… Junior year, 84 tackles (58 solo), two sacks, two interceptions, three forced fumbles… 2015 District 4-4A champions… Led team in tackles as a sophomore with 89 stops… 3-year letterman in wrestling where he placed 6th in 2016 state tournament… Participated in triple jump in track and field… 2017 Carencro HS Class President… 2013-17 Honor Roll Scholar… 2016 Louisiana Boys State Delegate.

• Born Oct. 26, 1998… Parents are Harold and Kassandra Williams… Three brothers - Harold Jr., Miles and Kendrell, and one sister, Keandra… Goes by a couple of nicknames, “Dell” and “Herc” which was a high school joke that stuck… Love to fish, ride horses and spend time with family when not playing football… Played the piano in church when he was younger.
