2014: Finished fourth on the team in rushing with 354 yards on 81 carries... averaged 4.4 yards per carry and scored two touchdowns... made nine catches for 97 yards... saw action in 9 games.. rushed for season-high of 95 yards on 16 carries with a touchdown in home opener against Prairie View.

2013: second on the team in rushing with 774 yards on 108 carries... led team with a 7.2 yards per carry average... played in 12 games... had four games where he rused for 100 yards or more... rushed for a career-high 169 yards on 13 carries at Nicholls on Oct. 26... had a season-long run of 54 yards in that game... ran for 162 yards on 22 carries with a score at Lamar in the regular season finale... averaged 64.5 yards per game rushing.

2012: set a new school record with a 93-yard touchdown jaunt against Lamar in the season finale... also had a 76-yard td run at Nicholls on Nov. 3... ranked fourth on the team in rushing with 302 yards and a 27.5 ypg average... topped the running backs with an 8.9 yards per carry mark...  had one 100-yard game when he rushed for 112 with a td against Lamar... rushed for 94 yards and a score at Nicholls.

2011: redshirted.

High School:  earned all-district and all-state honors as a senior after he rushed for 1,325 yards and 22 touchdowns... named the Red Zone Player of the Year... had 1,935 yards rushing and 36 tds as a junior and 600 yards and eight scores his sophomore year... member of the National Honor Society, A-B Honor Roll, Top Teens of America and All-American Scholar.

Other: born 5/3/93... son of Melvin and Diane Bennett... his cousin, Toddrick Pendland, was a standout player for the Cowboys from 2006-09... majoring in radiology.
