Now in his senior season and his fourth at free safety...will start there this season...a hard hitter who is very athletic and a sure tackler.
2006: credited with 17 tackles...had five against Toledo and four vs South Florida
2005: ninth leading tackler on the team with 36 stops...injury forced him to miss some games...also had a pass interception against Southern Miss....key games came against Texas State (14 tackles), Northwestern State (8 tackles) and Nicholls State (6 tackles)
2004: 25 tackles along with two passes broken up and a forced fumble....8 tackles and PBU vs Stephen F. Austin and 5 tackles and PBU vs Texas State..forced fumble vs Florida International
High School: all-district as free safety...85 solo and 20 assisted tackles senior season...intercepted two passes...named to all-academic team....
