2025 Phil Steele Preseason All-SLC 2nd Team

2024 (Redshirt Sophomore Season):
• Action in all 12 games with six starts.
• Recorded 23 tackles, two sacks, 5.5 tackles for a loss, three QB hurries and a pass break-up.
• Tied for second on the team in tackles for loss (5.5).
• Season-high four tackles at HCU (Oct. 5).
• Recorded his sack at Tarleton in the season opener (Aug. 24).

2023 (Redshirt Freshman Season):
• Played in all 10 games and recorded 28 tackles with 1.5 tackles for a loss, fumble recovery, interception, and three QB hurries.
• Starter in three games.
• High of 5 tackles at Alcorn State.
• Intercepted his pass against 5th-ranked UIW.

2022 (Freshman Season):
• Redshirt season.

High School:
• 1st Team 6-2A All-District.
• 1st Team Acadiana All-Metro.
• 48 tackles with 14 tackles for a loss and 10 sacks in helping his team to a district championship and Division III championship game appearance.
• LCA Outstanding Player in 2020 when he led his team to the Louisiana Division III State Championship.
• In his career, was a 3-Time All-State selection, 3-Time 1st Team All-District, All-State MVP and All-Max Prep.
• 200 tackles, 40 sacks and 75 tackles for a loss in HS career.

• Son of Genia and Corey Lewis.
• One brother, Sandy, is a freshman linebacker for the Cowboys and was a 3-star player in HS.
• Nickname is “Mase”.
