At the University of South Alabama
Junior (2018):
• Appeared in all but one contest his first season with the program.
• Earned an 85 percent assignment grade and had 17 knockdown blocks.
• Allowed just a half sack while taking part in 363 plays.
• Received season-high marks after grading out at 84 percent overall and 97 percent on assignments following victory over Texas State.
• Credited with a 92 percent assignment grade against ULM in the Jaguars’ annual Homecoming game.
• Had an 88 percent assignment mark both in win over Coastal Carolina in the season finale and at Memphis.
• Earned an assignment grade of 86 percent against eventual Sun Belt Conference champion Appalachian State and 84 percent at Oklahoma State in his NCAA Division I debut.
• Received an assignment grade of 80 percent or higher in three straight outings against Alabama State, Troy and Arkansas State, posting a career-best three pancake blocks in the match-up with the Red Wolves.
• Posted two knockdowns on five other occasions as well, including in four straight contests from Sept. 29-Oct. 23.
Junior College (2016-17):
• Played at the College of the Sequoias the last two years.
• Was twice chosen first-team all-Valley League.
High School:
• Lettered in both football and track and field at South Dade HS.
• Helped the Buccaneers to a 10-2 overall record and the district championship when he was a senior.
• Was part of a team that advanced to the quarterfinals of the state 8A playoffs that season.
