2023 (RS Sophomore):
• Placed 7th in the voting for the Buck Buchanan Award as the top defensive player in the nation.
• Led the FCS in three different statistical categories in 2023 – total tackles (153), tackles per game (15.3) and solo tackles per game (8.3).
• His 15.3 per game average set a new McNeese record while his 153 total stops rank as the sixth-most in school history in a single season.
• Recorded double-digits in tackles in all 10 games on the season and became the first player in school history to collect 20 or more tackles in back-to-back games (20 vs. HCU; 21 at Lamar).
• The 21 tackles at Lamar were the second-most in a game in school history and ninth-most in Southland history.
• Led the team with 7 tackles for loss and recorded 2 sacks, three pass break-ups and four quarterback hurries.
2022 (RS Freshman):
• Hero Sports Freshman All-American
• Appeared in all 11 games last season but only started two as he backed up 100-tackle and all-conference senior Kordell Williams.
• 68 total tackles, a sack, eight tackles for a loss and a fumble recovery.
• Recorded 10 or more tackles three times on the year including 18 vs. Lamar in the season finale.
• Had a 78-yard fumble scoop and score against Lamar.
• 10 tackles each against Rice and Houston Christian.
• Son of former LSU and NFL quarterback Rohan Davey.
2021 (True Freshman):
• Redshirt season.
High School:
• 1st Team All-District... 1st Team All-Metro... 1st Team All-State while playing at University Lab in Baton Rouge.
• Helped guide his team to the State Championship in both 2017 and 2018.
• In his career, recorded 254 tackles, six sacks, seven tackles for a loss, four interceptions, forced and recovered a fumble, and scored two touchdowns.

• Father is Rohan Davey and mother is Aisha Key... Two siblings, Rhaia and Jasmine.
• His talent outside of football is making ceramics.
• Father, Rohan, quarterbacked LSU to the 2001 SEC Championship and a national top 10 finish and was a two-time Super Bowl Champion with the New England Patriots, World Bowl Champion and NFL Europe Player of the Year.
