2013 Preseason All-SLC Second Team Tight End

Career:  played in 19 games during his career with the Tigers, starting one time (Florida, 2012) … finished career with five receptions for 58 yards … emerged as a receiving threat at tight end midway through the 2012 season.

Prior to McNeese - LSU 2012: played in nine games with one start … started against Florida and responded with two catches for 22 yards … had two receptions for 15 yards against top-ranked Alabama … other catch came vs. Towson (21 yards) … played in first nine games of season before sitting out final four contests for disciplinary reasons.

2011: played in 10 games with no starts ... reserve tight end who played on special teams units ... did not record any statistics in 2011.

2010: redshirted as a true freshman in 2010.

High School:  a dominant run blocker at the tight end position with great size and strength ... played both tight end and defensive end at the high school level ... rated the No. 10 tight end prospect in the country by Scout.com ... named to the New Orleans Times-Picayune Blue Chip List and the Baton Rouge Advocate Super Dozen ... caught 13 passes for 206 yards as a senior and registered 27 tackles, including three sacks on defense ... coached by Keith Menard.
