Biography

2014:  Six games played... made six tackles and intercepted one pass... pick came at Incarnate Word... career-high four tackles in season finale against Lamar.

2013:  played in 10 games, many of them with an injured hand... made 13 tackles, and an interception and three pass break ups... recorded three tackles against Central Arkansas and Stephen F. Austin as season-highs... picked off his pass against Arkanas-Pine Bluff... made a start against UCA.

2012:  redshirt season.

High School:  all-district as both a safety and punter....in senior year he was credited with seven pass interceptions which he returned for three tds...also had 65 tackles...as a junior he had three interceptions and returned one for a td..also had 60 tackles...averaged 41 yards a punt as a senior....also played as a wide receiver....pitcher and third baseman in baseball and was named to all-district team as a pitcher.....has also pole vaulted....two time district all-academic...played for Coach Glen West.

Other:  birthdate 12/27/93... parents are Neil Nutt and Patrece Whitaker... majoring in basic studies... named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Fall Academic Honor Roll.
