Frazier joined the McNeese men's basketball staff for the 2024-25 season from the University of Louisville.
While with the Cardinals, Frazier served as the Director of Sports Medicine as the Head Men's Basketball Trainer through three seasons. Â While there, he helped oversee the health care of his team and oversaw other athletic trainers to provide the best experience for the student-athletes.
Prior to Louisville, he spent two seasons at Colorado State University where he provided assistance for men's basketball, women's tennis, and men's golf. Among his responsibilities were creating exercise programs for the men's basketball team and recovery programs for his other sports.
Among other Division I programs he has worked with include IUPUI for two years and Lamar University for two years as well. He began his journey at Valdosta State University where he worked from 2013 until 2015.
He owns certifications in a variety of states and skills, notably being CPR and AED certified, specializations in performance exercise and corrective exercise, dry needling, and myofascial cupping.
