In first season with the Cowboys....coming off standout prep career at Birdville High School in North Richland Hills, TX
three year starter on the golf team and also three year starter in basketball...four letters in both sports...earned all-state and all-district honors in golf his senior year...also was the state golf medalist...earned all-district honors in basketball
Honor roll student in class....placed 29th in Texas state amateur championship in 2010....once shot a 66 in high school tournament
