2014 Indoor Season:  Ran in two meets on the season in two of McNeese's indoor meets... ran a 4:38.79 in the mile run at the McNeese Indoor II and had a 9:15.80 at the McNeese Indoor III meet.

2014 XC Season:  Competed in three races during the season but did not run at the SLC Championships... had a 9th place finish at the Choctaw Open 8k with a time of 27:18.39.

2013 Indoor and Outdoor Seasons:  Did not compete.

2013 XC Season:  best finish was in seventh place at the McNeese 6k Relays with a time of 19:47.3... placed ninth at the Mississippi College Choctaw 8k Invitational with a time of 27:18.4.

2012 Outdoor Season:  ran a personal record time in the 1500 meters with a 4:09.57 at the Victor Lopez Rice Bayou Classic... member of two second place finishes in the 1600 distance medley relay and the 4x800 meter relays at the Cowboy Relays

2012 XC Season:  Ran in four races on the season but missed the Southland Conference championships... had an 11th place finish at the Cowboy Stampede 4-mile race with a time of 21:56... clocked in a 10:03 in the 3k portion of the McNeese 6k Relay to open the season.

2011 Season:  Regional Qualifier... Ran a 35:23.7 at the NCAA regionals after posting a 28:19.8 for a 59th place finish at the Southland Conference championships... placed 17th at the Cowboy Stampede with a time of 20:54... teamed with Brock Moreaux to finish fourth at the McNeese Relay with an 18:14 time.

High School:  Earned all-region track and cross country honors... state cross country runner-up... also won the Houston half marathon for ages 18 and under.

Personal:  Born Aug. 21, 1992... parents are Jack and Lisa Kogut... majoring in government.
