2019 Indoor Season:
• Ran in three meets - Ted Nelson Invitational, McNeese Indoor II, and the Bulldog Invite.
• Competed in the 3000 and 5000m.

2018 XC Season:
• Highest finish was 16th at the McNeese Season Opener 4k with a time of 13:17.5, a PR in the 4k race.

2018 Outdoor Season:
• Competed at just the McNeese Cowboy Relays and clocked a 9:26.20 in the 3000m.

2018 Indoor Season:
• Recorded a PR in the 5000m at the SLC Championships with a time of 15:44.30.
• PR in the 3000m with a time of 8:58.90 at the Samford Open.

2017 XC Season:
• Competed in two races on the season - the LSU Invitational and the McNeese Cowboy Stampede.
• Placed 19th at the LSU 6k race with a time of 18:12.2. 

2017 Outdoor Season:
• Had a 5th place finish in the 5,000m run at the McNeese Spring Time Classic with a time of 16:31.49.

2017 Indoor Season:
• Competed in four meets in the mile run and the 3,000-meters.
• Ran a 4:40.08 in the mile for a 14th place finish at the LSU Bayou Bengal.
• Best time in the 3,000m was at 9:13.73 for a second place finish at the McNeese Indoor II meet.

2016 XC Season: 
• Had a 13th place finish at the McNeese Cowboys Stampede 5k with a time of 16:34.7.
• Ran a 27:31.2 at the Southland Conference Championships 8k.

High School:
• LHSAA State XC Champion his senior season with a time of 16:13.30 in the 3-mile race.
• Finished 2nd at the state XC meet as a junior at 17:02.80; was 4th his sophomore season (17:16.21); and 19th as a freshman (16:59.19).
• State runner-up as a junior in the 1600m at the outdoor meet with a time of 4:42.44.
• Placed 6th at the state indoor championships in the 1600m with a time of 4:44.93 his senior season.
• In the 3200m state outdoor competition, finished 3rd as a senior (9:58.53), 6th his junior season (10:47.57) and 2nd as a sophomore (10:25.28).
• At the state indoor meet in the 3200m, he placed 6th as a sophomore (10:34.87).
