2019 Indoor Season:
• Scored at the SLC Indoor Championships with a 6th place finish in the heptathlon with 5,048 points.
• Won the shot put section of the hep at the SLC meet with a throw of 44-7.
• Finished 3rd in the 60m hurdles part of the hep at 8.49. 

Before McNeese:
• Consistently ranked in the top 5 in his country of the Netherlands in the junior rankings, specializing in the decathlon.
• Best events include the shot put, javelin and long jump.
