Casidy Chaumont, a native of Moss Bluff, La. is the newest member of the Cowgirl staff who spent two seasons as a member of the UL-Lafayette Ragin Cajuns (2018, 2019) squad before ending her collegiate career at Missouri (2021, 2022).

While at Missouri, Chaumont was awarded the 2022 Rawlings Gold Glove Award as well as being named to the All-SEC Defensive team both seasons and second team All-SEC in 2021.

She is currently a member of the USSSA Pride and was the 12^th overall pick in the 2022 draft.
