Former Cowgirls first baseman Crislyne Moreno returns to the Cowgirl program for the 2026 season to serve as Director of Game Operations.

The native of San Antonio, Texas played three years with the Cowgirls, beginning her playing career at McNeese in 2022 before completing her career at UTSA in 2025.

While at McNeese, she was name All-SLC twice (2022, 2024), named the 2022 SLC Tournament MVP, named to the 2022 SLC All-Tournament team, and SLC All-Academic in 2024.

She completed her career at McNeese with a .292 batting average, 126 hits, 31 doubles, six triples, 10 homeruns, 94 RBI, 43 walks, 39 stolen bases and a .462 slugging percent.  

In her final season of eligibility at UTSA in 2025, Moreno played in 51 games and posted a .270 batting average with 33 hits, five doubles, one triple, five homeruns, 14 RBIs, 18 walks, and a .451 slugging percent.
