Biography
2019 Outdoor Season:
• 24th in the SLC Outdoor Track and Field Championship 5k with a time of 19:32.00
• Recorded four Top -10 finishes on the season, twice in the 3000S and twice in the 1500
• Ran a personal best in the 800 at the McNeese State Springtime Classic with a time of 2:26.47 and finished 7th
• Placed first in the 4x800 at the McNeese State Cowboy Relays with a time of 9:50.93
2019 Indoor Season:
• 15th in the SLC Indoor Track and Field Championship mile run with a time of 5:16.27
• Had her best finish at the McNeese State #2 meet finishing second in the 3000 with a time of 10:39.37
• Recorded five Top -10 finishes on the season, twice in the 3000S and twice in the 1500
2018 XC Season:
• Ran a 24:26.0 at the NCAA Division I South Central Region Cross Country Championships
• Ran a 25:40.0 Southland Conference Cross Country Championships
• Posted a personal best at the McNeese XC Season Opener in the 3,000m with a time of 11:02.6 and placed 14th
2018 Outdoor Season:
• 11th at the SLC Outdoor Championships in the 3,000m SC with a time of 11:33.48.
• 24th at the SLC meet in the 5k at 19:24.14.
• Two first place finishes on the season - 3000m SC at the McNeese Springtime Classic (11:59.40) and in the 1500m at the ULM Warhawk Classic (4:52.61).
2018 Indoor Season:
• 13th at the SLC Indoor Championships in the mile run with a time of 5:12.07.
• 4th place finish in the 3k at the McNeese Indoor II (10:33.84) and fifth in the same event at the McNeese Indoor I meet (10:34.16).
• 4th at the Samford Indoor in the mile run at 5:14.64.
2017 XC Season:
• Placed 26th at the SLC XC Championships with a time of 22:34.7.
• Ran a 22:07.9 time at the NCAA South Central Region Championships.
2017 Outdoor Season:
• 4th in the 5,000m at the McNeese Springtime Classic with a time of 20:02.29.
• Member of 4x800m relay team that placed 2nd at the Cowboy Relays with a time of 9:50.18.
2017 Indoor Season:
• 7th in the 3,000m at the LSU Bayou Bengal in the season opener with a time of 11:07.53.
• Placed 30th at the SLC Indoor Championships in the 3k with a time of 10:52.96.
Before McNeese: Qualifier for Nationals... Member of the track, corss-country, soccer, cricket, netball, and skiing teams at Farringdon Community School...
Personal: Born 3/18/1998... Daughter of Kim Fox... Majoring in Health and Physical Education... participated in netball, skiing, cricket, cross country, track and football in high school.
