Noelia Lorca is in her first season with the Cowgirls, serving as assistant coach.  Lorca spent the last two season of her career at Tarleton State where she posted a 26-7 singles record and a 26-9 doubles record. 

In her time at Tarleton State, Lorca won the 2024 WAC Fall Tennis Invitational Singles Title and was named to the All-WAC team both seasons with the Texans.

Lorca, a native of Murcia, Spain began her collegiate career at Lamar where she spent two seasons with the Cardinals. 

While with Lamar, she posted an 18-17 overall singles record and an overall 14-17 doubles record, earning All-Southland Conference first team doubles honors as a sophomore.

Senior (2024-25/Tarleton State) 
WAC Fall Tennis Invitational singles champion and All-WAC Second Team honoree … Received an automatic bid to the ITA Conference Masters Championships in Rome, Georgia, after clinching the first-ever fall conference singles title … Three-time WAC Doubles Player of the Week winner and won WAC Singles Player of the Week and WAC Tennis Player of the Month once … Finished her collegiate career with an 8-5 singles mark, playing the No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 positions … Had a doubles record of 12-4, including an 8-1 mark on No. 2 doubles … Knocked off the top two seeds in the WAC Fall Invitational en route to the singles title … Named October WAC Tennis Player of the Month for her efforts … Collected two bagels (6-0 sets) in 2025, starting in her first set of her senior season against Prairie View A&M (2/1) … Clinched her first two doubles matches of the season with Ximena Morales Feb. 2-4, including a victory over Power 4 opponent Houston … Earned her first WAC Doubles Player of the Week award on Feb. 4 … Won seven straight singles matches between Feb. 16-March 18 … Received WAC Singles Player of the Week honors on March 4 … Came up with two more WAC Doubles Player of the Week awards in back-to-back weeks on March 18 and March 25 … Helped the Texans clinch the doubles point via tiebreak on Senior Day with Ximena Morales, allowing Tarleton State to win 4-2 over UT Arlington (4/10) … Finished as a doubles champion in the consolation bracket of the 2024 ITA Texas Regional Championships with Emma Persson.
 
Junior (2023-24/Tarleton State)
WAC Singles All-Conference Second Team … On the WAC All-Tournament Team, one of two Texans and one of eight overall … Led the Texans in singles wins, finishing 18-2 (.900) overall, 2-0 at No. 3, 8-2 at No. 4 and 8-0 at No. 5 … Went 6-1 in WAC play, all matches played between Courts 3-4 … Started the season a perfect 10-0, then went 8-1 over the last nine, all against Western Athletic Conference teams … Won 12 times in straight sets, and of her five straight set WAC victories, she outscored her opponent 60-18 ... Went 2-0 in singles play in the WAC Tournament … Went 14-6 in doubles action with a 14-4 spot in the No. 3 position … Won eight straight doubles matches from Feb. 2 through March 9.
 
Freshman and Sophomore (2021-22/Lamar)
Played two seasons (2021-22) at former WAC member Lamar, going 18-17 overall in singles and 14-17 in doubles … Played all 22 singles matches in the No. 2 position in 2022-23, going 10-11, including a 7-1 stretch in March-April that carried over into Southland Conference play … Also played between Courts 1-2 in doubles, earning a 9-8 mark (5-0 SLC), with eight wins in the No. 2 spot … Earned First Team All-SLC at the No. 2 Doubles line for her efforts … As a freshman, went 8-6 in singles, including a 5-4 mark on Court 3 … Top wins at Lamar included a Court 2 singles win vs. UTRGV, a Court 3 singles victory at Stephen F. Austin, a Court 4 singles win vs. Oral Roberts, and a Court 1 doubles win at UTSA.

Ranked as high as 122nd in the country in her junior career, picking up nine wins against nationally ranked players, including six in the top-100 … Won the 2015 Spanish Women's Regional Championship, and followed that up with runner-up finishes at the 2019 Women's Regional, 2019 and 2020 Junior Nationals and the 2019 Absolute tournament … Also finished second in the Marbella Marca Junior Cup.
